As the Aperol Spritz gained popularity in the U.S., the brand team wanted to ensure the iconic drink was being made according to the original recipe. The PASS program was created to consolidate the recipe into 4 simple steps. Our task was to design informative materials around this program, including a 12 page booklet and accompanying swag, to encourage bartenders, managers, and restauranteurs to follow the official recipe.
After a new look and feel for the brand was established, I was asked to help refine the key visual, and implement the new look and feel into digital elements, shelf displays, and on-premise materials.
With the rise of off-premise alcohol sales during the pandemic, Campari Group saw an opportunity to push two of their brands, Espolòn and Grand Marnier, proposing the margarita as the “One Click Cocktail.” I designed the sell sheet promoting this solution to drive online sales.
